SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY TIMES
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. If the order is placed before 14:00, we will still ship it out that same day. Any order after 14:00 will be shipped out the following day. We make use of The Courier Guy to ship our products to you. After your order is shipped, you should receive it within 1-3 business days. Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. For personalised items please add 1-2 business days extra to the standard shipping timeframe. If you choose the express delivery option there will be a charge of R99. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 business days, please email us at sales@boaza.co.za

SHIPPING TIME CAN VARY BASED ON LOCATION.
Providing us with error-free shipping and correct billing information will help avoid unnecessary delays and get your merchandise delivered as quickly as possible.
Here are a few tips to keep in mind:
1.) Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.
2.) Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A".
3.) Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the Address Line 2 field; use the provided city and state fields instead.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at ((email)) as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not be held responsible for replacing damaged or wrong items if we were made aware of the issue after 2 business days from receipt of delivery. You can contact us by email (sales@boaza.co.za) or by phone (071 376 0131). If the product received is damaged or you received the wrong item, you will need to send us photos of the items. If we are happy we will arrange for the courier to collect the damaged or wrong items from you at our own expense. As soon as we receive the items, we will either refund you or send you the correct items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
We do not accept any returns on items that have been worn. Any customized items or engraved items are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges:
Please contact us before you send your item back to us for an exchange. If you change your mind about the product you purchased and want to return the item then you will have to pay the fees for the return. Once it is approved the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have to our address, and once the return is accepted and approved, you will make a separate purchase for the new item and we will subtract the costs initially paid for the returned item or items.
Refunds:
Please contact us within 7 days if you are not happy with your purchase and need a refund. We will give you instructions on how to return the item. You can contact us via email or our phone number. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days after approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
